There's an old adage in business that people will always complain about bad service or products, but rarely will compliment those who do a good job. The purpose of this letter is to compliment George and the other installers who recently completed a tear off and re-roofing job at my home

I was amazed at the efficiency that these men displayed in both tearing off the decayed decking and putting down a new roof. In general terms, they were constantly working, and never seemed to slow down or miss a beat.

George was especially helpful to me in answering my questions, explaining how the lead barrier worked, and explaining the whole principle of proper ventilation needed to prevent future problems in the new roof. It's a comfort to know that "the roof over your head" is being installed by expert technicians.
