The purpose of this letter is to commend your company and staff involved in the repair of the storm damage we had this fall. We were contacted by your sales staff shortly after the storm and offered a free inspection of the damage. Your staff member also volunteered to be here the day that our insurance adjuster was to be on site. I was a little apprehensive about this proposal, not knowing how the adjuster would accept someone else being here at the same time, however it went very well. I believe some of our damage might not have been covered if it had not been pointed our by your staff member.

That staff member was Scott Doree. We want to compliment Scott in his work ethic, his attention to detail and his time spent on the work site. We truly believe that had we not had Scott working on our account, things would not have gone as smoothly as they did.

He had his material delivery schedule worked out to coincide with the labor schedule. When Scott told us when something was going to take place, it happened pretty much on schedule. I don't think that we had a day go by when a crew was here working, that Scott did not make multiple visits to the work site. He even was up on the roof inspecting the install as it was happening, and came back after the install was complete and made another inspection.

Your company is indeed very lucky to have this young man on staff. If all of your sales staff is like Scott, you are extremely fortunate. Please pass our thanks to Scott.
